I just wanted to thank you for the stress management workshop you did at our school today. It was the first long Monday that I really enjoyed. I was the woman in the front row that told you I keep a journal. What I didn't tell you was that there is mostly negative things written in it. I usually use it as a source to complain to without involving anyone else. After today I decided to do what you suggested and write positive things in my journal. I think I learned a lot of great ideas today that I will put into use...immediately.
