Donna began her career as Training Manager for Citibank, where she developed, designed and delivered both technical and interpersonal training programs for the Consumer Bank staff and management. She has an expertise in Mortgage Lending and Advanced Communication Skills.

As a corporate Vice President of ProAction Inc, Donna co-authored two books, Professional Development and One Step Up, that were published and sold thousands of copies nationally. Donna has written and facilitated workshops for such clients as: JP Morgan Chase, Price Waterhouse Coopers. Donna continues to work independently, teaching Stress Management through increasing joy, laughter and humor.
